Alay Home Care is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) and Caregivers to provide direct care, behavioral support, and community-based services to individuals with developmental disabilities (DDD) throughout New Jersey

About Us:
Alay Home Care is a DDD Provider established in 2018. Since opening, we have serviced over 500 consumers throughout New Jersey. We’re devoted to supporting individuals with Developmental Disabilities by providing Direct Care Staff in the Home and Community settings. Our team has been in the home care industry for over 25 years, consisting of a group of highly experienced and knowledgeable team members.
Pay: $21.40 - $30.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
- Direct care and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Community integration and companionship
- Behavioral support and mentorship
- Medication administration
- Transportation to community activities
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED (or higher)
- At Least 18 Years of Age
- CPR & First Aid Certification (from an approved provider) Not certified yet? We can help guide you on how to obtain it.
- Ability to Pass Background Checks and Required DDD Clearances Ensuring the safety and well-being of the individuals we serve is our top priority.
- Valid Driver’s License, Reliable Transportation, and Acceptable Driving Record May be needed depending on your assigned case, especially when supporting individuals in community activities.
- Experience in Behavioral Health, Caregiving, or Direct Support is Strongly Preferred If you’ve supported others—professionally or personally—we value that experience! We also welcome applicants who are eager to learn and grow in this field.
