Behavioral Health Clinician

Our agency is seeking dedicated and compassionate mental health professionals to provide in-home therapeutic services to children and adolescents experiencing emotional, behavioral, or mental health challenges. As an In-Home Mental Health Clinician, you will play a vital role in supporting families, promoting stability, and helping young clients build healthy coping skills within the comfort of their own environment..

• Conduct individual and family therapy sessions in clients' homes.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with schools, case managers, BAs, and other providers as needed.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Provide crisis intervention and support as necessary.

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
• Licensure (LCSW, LMSW, LMHC, LPC, LSW, LAC).
• Experience working with children and families in community settings.
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel for home visits.
