Physical Therapist W/E provides physical therapy services to individuals and their families in a team relationship with other health care providers in a setting that is designated by the department.
Education, Knowledge,Skills and Abilities
Required
- Graduation from an accredited physical therapy school.
- 2+ years experience.
- Physical Therapist License.
- BLS AHA Basic Health Care Life Support HCP Certification.
- Lifts a minimum of 50 lbs., pushes and pulls a minimum of 100 lbs. and stands a minimum of 6 hours a day.
