Clinical Research Coordinator

• Full-Time Clinical Research Coordinator in our Englewood Cliffs Office. Support the daily management of clinical research protocols, ensuring study documentation, quality assurance, electronic data entry, subject recruitment and management, CRF/eCRF completion, source documents, conflict resolution, study training, and attendance at research meetings.
• Attend investigator meetings as required. Some travel may be necessary.
• Assure patients are scheduled and seen according to protocol requirements.
• Monitor patient visits and progress throughout the study and inform the principal investigator(s) of patient status and updates.
• Document date drug/devices and supplies received; prepare subject files.
• Multitask between multiple projects and offices and follow through with ongoing tasks and office needs.
• Recruit patients for randomization into studies.
• Assist with special projects as needed by the Operations Team.
• Contribute to team effort by achieving related results as needed.
• Maintain a high level of clinical care and ensure best practices are communicated.

• Previous healthcare experience required
• Phlebotomy experience required
• Ability to exercise initiative, good judgment, problem solving, and decision-making with strong critical thinking and creative solutions
• Patience and strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with employees and providers
• Understanding of cosmetic and dermatologic practices from conception to completion including protocol design, informed consent design, clinical trial design, study advertising, IRB communication, and randomized participation
• Understanding of the drug development process and clinical research concepts
• Ability to understand scientific and medical information; quick learner and detail-oriented
• Experience working with IRBs and handling investigational products
• Adaptable to various work conditions and able to work under tight deadlines
• Capable of taking basic vitals (e.g., blood pressure, temperature, respiration rate, pulse)
• Competencies in cross-functional relationships, communication, decision making, execution/results/process improvement, interpersonal skills, and training
• Advanced computer skills (word processing, spreadsheets, presentation slides, electronic data capture)

Hourly Pay Range: $27-33
