Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
The Registered Respiratory Therapist provides comprehensive respiratory care in a hospital setting, focusing on patients with cardiopulmonary deficiencies. This position requires onsite presence and involves a contractual employment type. The role demands proficiency in various respiratory therapies and equipment management.
Ability to quickly learn and adapt to patient needs. Strong sense of accountability and patient focus. Exceptional teamwork skills. 1 year of recent experience as a licensed RRT. 1 year of ICU experience. Experience with ventilators. Willingness to float to various care areas as needed.
High school diploma or equivalent. Graduate of an accredited program in Respiratory Therapy. Current and valid Respiratory Care license. NBRC Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification. BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
