ALAY Home Care is urgently hiring Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to provide ABA services across New Jersey counties. The role offers $70.00 per hour with flexible scheduling and opportunities to supervise RBTs and staff.
As a BCBA, you will conduct assessments, develop and monitor treatment plans, train caregivers, and ensure compliance with ABA standards. Masters or BA in related field with BCBA certification required; prior experience with developmental disabilities preferred.
