The Lead Deficiency Tracking/Supervisor Analyst is responsible for assisting their respective supervisors with the coordination of the daily work activities within Health Information. Support the network goals for accuracy, timeliness and completeness for purposes of continued patient care, revenue and compliance with Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), New Jersey Department of Health (NJDOH), The Joint Commission (TJC) and the Hackensack Meridian Health (HMH) Network policies and procedures.

May oversee work of team members, students and vendors.

This is a fully onsite role (M-F Day shift). Previous HIM experience is needed. Chart processing experience is strongly preferred.

Education,

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

  • High School diploma, general equivalency diploma (GED), and/or GED equivalent programs.
  • Minimum of one year experience in medical records.
  • Effective communication skills and efficient problem solving skills.
  • Proficient in computer skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient computer skills such as Microsoft Office and Google Suite platforms.

Education,

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Preferred:

  • Associates Degree in Health Information Management (HIM) or health related field.
