Community Support Services Counselor Full-Time Responsibilities
Provides IMR and crisis intervention services.
Assists with food shopping, laundry and daily living skills.
Implements prescribed treatment plan and assists in the development of IRPs.
Must be able to work independently and travel to consumers’ residencies as required.
Monitors medication in the consumers home.
QualificationsBSW in Social Work, BA/BS in psychology
One year of experience in direct care preferred
Valid Driver’s License

Monday to Friday, three days 9am—5pm and two days 1pm-9pm
