Outpatient Therapist Per Diem

Provides psycho-social diagnostic assessments and provides the appropriate referrals

Develops treatment in collaboration with the consumer

Provides assigned clients with an overview of their rights and responsibilities

Provides intake evaluations and psychotherapy

Collaborates with the prescriber when medications are prescribed

Must be able to ensure all clinical and administrative documentation is completed in a timely manner

MSW from an accredited program and university

Valid NJ LCSW or LPC

Valid LSW/LAC with a minimum of two years of clinical experience in direct services.

Previous experience providing psychotherapy in an outpatient setting

Must be able to work with a diverse population of children, adults, and families
