The Patient Navigator for Pediatric Hematology and Oncology works in collaboration with the Hematologist/Oncologists, APN's, and the entire healthcare team, oversees and supports this patient population and their significant other(s). This care is begun during initial consultation and continues throughout the treatment continuum.
