Spanish Speaking Behavior Technician

At Imagination ABA Therapy, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavior Technician (BT) to join our team in Hackensack, New Jersey
. As a BT
, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, individualized services to children and families affected by Autism Spectrum Disorder and related developmental needs.

As a Behavior Technician (BT) with Imagination ABA Therapy, you will work collaboratively with our experienced BCBA team to develop and implement evidence-based ABA programs. Your responsibilities will include:

• Implementing behavioral interventions and strategies in one-on-one sessions with clients

• Collecting and recording data on client progress and behavior

• Collaborating with BCBAs to develop and modify treatment plans

• Providing training and support to clients and families

• Maintaining accurate records and reports

• A dynamic and supportive work environment with opportunities for growth and development

• Ongoing training and mentorship from our experienced BCBA team

• Part-time/per diem schedule with flexible hours

• Bilingual candidates strongly encouraged to apply!

• RBT certification preferred but not required

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or related experience preferred

• Passion for working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related developmental needs

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
