Ascend Health is hiring a Physical Therapy Assistant to join our home care team. The PTA will manage resident rehabilitation, coordinate with an interdisciplinary team, and support cost-effective treatment approaches.
Requirements include a current PTA license in the operation state and a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy. Experience with older adults and knowledge of regulatory guidelines are preferred. Travel to other facilities may be required.
