We are seeking a Payroll Specialist to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring accurate payroll processing and compliance in a fast-paced environment. Experience with Paylocity a PLUS!! MUST POSSESS AT LEAST 2 YEARS OF FULL CYCLE PAYROLL OR ACCOUNTING EXPERIENCE. Rate: $25/HR.
Responsibilities- Process a multitude of pay structures including configurable payroll
- Checking time reports for accuracy
- Enter data into databases and spreadsheets
- Acquire all necessary signatures to distribute payroll
- Make adjustments in pay for bonuses and commission
- Excel experience required
- Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities
