Recruiter, Talent Manager

Elgen Staffing, New Jersey’s fastest growing staffing & employment agency, is seeking experienced Recruiters & Inside Sales professionals to join our winning team and help launch Elgen’s nationwide expansion.

As a recruiter you will be responsible for identifying quality candidates and helping put people to work across the United States.

Responsibilities:

• Screen, recruit, and interview potential employees
• On-board and train new employees
• Implement company culture, values and policies
• Provide management with requested reports and documents
• Coordinate events focused on employee recognition
• Accurately maintain employee files

What we’re looking for:

• Ability to handle heavy phone volume
• Job board proficiency, Boolean logic knowledge a plus
• Must be able to multi-task and adapt quickly to change
• Social media savvy
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong desire to be successful
