Overview
We are seeking a driven and influential Real Estate Recruiter to help attract, identify, and secure top-producing agents for a growing brokerage.
This is a full-time, non-selling position designed for a high-performing real estate professional who thrives on recruiting conversations, building relationships, and driving measurable growth through talent acquisition.

Compensation- On-Target Earnings: $100,000+
- Performance-based bonuses (eligible after 60 days)
- Paid Time Off (PTO)
- $60,000 – $70,000 yearly base salary
- Proactively source and recruit high-quality real estate agents
- Conduct weekly recruiting appointments and interviews
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospective agents
- Follow up consistently to convert prospects into hires
- Develop and implement recruiting strategies aligned with company goals
- Onboard new associates and ensure a strong transition
- Maintain consistent contact with recruited agents
- Support productivity conversations and goal setting
- Collaborate with leadership to increase retention and performance
- Track recruiting metrics and conversion ratios
- Monitor agent count growth and productivity trends
- Support leadership with market research and competitive insights
- 2–3+ years of sales or recruiting experience
- Proven history as a top-producing agent preferred
- Demonstrated recruiting or relationship-building success
- Strong communication and closing skills
- Financial literacy, including familiarity with P&L concepts
- MLS and real estate technology proficiency
- Documented track record of achieving measurable results
