Workday AI Talent Acquisition Engineer (to work with VZ HR Team) Responsibilities- Designing, configuring, and optimizing Workday Talent Acquisition, Target Management, Learning, and Onboarding modules.
- Lead integrations between Workday and 3rd party platforms (ATS, HRIS, AI tools, and learning systems).
- Some knowledge of Paradox (conversational recruiting AI) and Hired score (AI talent intelligence).
- 3+ years of Workday experience with knowledge of Recruiting, Talent Acquisition, Learning, Onboarding, Target Management, Config & Integrations.
- Deep technical Workday expertise with nads-on experience in AI-driven talent tools.
