* Drive Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP) in close collaboration with Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), conducting supply/demand and scenario analyses to surface capability risks, trade-offs, and long-term workforce needs.

* Assess and integrate emerging workforce trends, including the impact of AI and evolving work models, into talent and workforce strategy to keep Insmed future-ready.

* Enable leaders and HR partners through the development of clear communications, toolkits, and guidance that support effective adoption of talent, skills-based, and workforce planning practices.

* Partner with People Analytics and People Operations to leverage dashboards and predictive insights that inform workforce capacity, capability, and risk decisions across the enterprise.

* Cultivate cross-functional partnerships across HR, Finance, and business leaders to embed skills into career frameworks, role architecture, and workforce decisions, enabling a clear path for internal mobility, external hiring, and alternative talent models.
