Position Summary
We are growing our HR department! The Talent Acquisition Specialist/Recruiter will support hiring efforts across our property management portfolio, including leasing, property management, accounting/finance, and maintenance roles. This role will also provide hands‑on support for HR projects and new‑hire onboarding.
Key Responsibilities- Support the full‑cycle recruiting process from initial resume review to delivering offers for all positions
- Post job openings and manage applicant flow in the ATS (Spark Hire)
- Proactively source talent utilizing platforms such as Linked In Recruiter, Indeed, etc.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews
- Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate communication
- Assist with offers and pre‑employment processes
- Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new hires
- Prepare offer letters and onboarding documentation
- Support HR projects, employee relations, reporting, and employee file maintenance
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 2–4+ years of Talent Acquisition/Recruiting experience
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills. Bilingual in English and Spanish a major plus!
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ATS experience is a plus
Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 base
