Infrastructure Lead

Lead the design, deployment, and management of hybrid infrastructure solutions integrating Azure cloud and on-prem systems. Oversee operations, implement automation, ensure compliance, and provide technical leadership to optimize infrastructure performance and security.

• Lead the design and deployment of hybrid infrastructure solutions integrating Azure cloud and on-prem systems.
• Develop infrastructure governance, backup strategies, and disaster recovery plans.
• Oversee daily infrastructure operations, ensuring compliance with security and performance standards.
• Manage Azure services (VMs, networking, storage, Active Directory) and on-prem resources.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, ARM templates, and Power Shell.
• Drive cost optimization and resource utilization across environments.
• Work closely with Dev Ops, Security, and Application teams to optimize deployments.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to infrastructure engineers.
• Use tools like Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and on-prem monitoring solutions for proactive incident management.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory and security requirements across cloud and on-prem platforms.

• Minimum 8+ years of experience in Microsoft Azure (IaaS, PaaS, Networking, Security).
• Hands‑on experience with Windows Server, Linux, Active Directory, DNS, and Group Policy.
• Hands‑on experience with on‑prem Dell EMC hosts, VMware, Unity storage, and Brocade FC switches.
• Proficiency in automation scripting (Power Shell, Bash) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of networking fundamentals (firewalls, VPNs, load balancing).
• Experience with disaster recovery and backup solutions.
• Experience with Terraform, Ansible, or similar IaC tools.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Degree:
  Bachelor’s in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.

• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong stakeholder management and team leadership capabilities.
• Familiarity with hybrid cloud integrations and migration strategies.
• Familiarity with other cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) is a plus.
