Job Title:
Senior Product Manager, Generative AI

We’re leading the transformation of the AEC industry by integrating AI technology into our flagship products—AutoCAD, Revit, Construction Cloud, and the new Industry Cloud Forma. As a Senior Product Manager for the AEC Solutions group, you will shape the future of design and construction by developing cutting‑edge Generative AI capabilities for Forma. You will work with AI Researchers, ML Engineers, Software Developers and UX Researchers to define system requirements, set milestones and explore how foundation models and other AI‑driven technologies can address AEC domain challenges.

Location: Hybrid work near our Boston, MA or Toronto, Canada offices.

• Apply your understanding of AEC workflows and data models to develop a comprehensive strategy for AI foundation models in AEC.
• Collaborate with customers, partners and internal teams to surface pain points and translate insights into target use cases and prioritized work.
• Communicate system updates and strategy to partners, executives and other company leaders.
• Work with a diverse research and engineering team to explore AI algorithms and models that empower workflows in Forma.
• Track project progress and technical specifications ensuring they remain accurate, up‑to‑date and accessible across the company.
• Help AI researchers and ML engineers prioritize their backlog.

• 5+ years of software product management experience, with at least 2 years managing commercially available solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction or a related field.
• Deep understanding of Generative AI and Machine Learning concepts and practices.
• Experience managing teams with a collaborative and empowering approach.
• Experience engaging with customers, executives and cross‑organizational teams.

• Familiarity with SVPG or other high‑quality product management training programs.
• Deep experience in AI technology and practices, focusing on applying AI in commercialized professional products.
• Previous professional work in Architecture or related fields, with an understanding of AEC workflows and customer problems.
• Business degree.

• Prior experience leading a product from initial research to a commercially available offering.
• Understanding of AEC customer problems from previous AEC industry experience.
• Ability to guide teams to achieve goals.
• Curiosity and passion for solving complex problems in new domains.
• Adaptable, customer‑focused and eager to solve hard problems.

For U.S.

-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $134,000 and $216,700. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. Compensation may include annual cash bonuses, commissions, stock grants and a comprehensive benefits package.
