• Install, configure, and maintain Oracle Web Logic Server (10g/11g/12c) instances across development, test, and production environments.
• Manage domain creation, cluster configuration
  , and deployment of Java EE applications.
• Perform patching, upgrades, and performance tuning of Web Logic servers.
• Integrate Web Logic with Oracle databases, SOA Suite, OSB
  , and other middleware components.
• Configure and manage JDBC data sources, JMS, Node Manager, and SSL certificates
  .
• Monitor server performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system uptime and reliability
  .
• Implement and maintain security policies, roles, and access controls
  .
• Collaborate with developers, DBAs, and network/security teams to ensure smooth application deployments.
• Manage automation scripts for deployments, restarts, and monitoring (Shell/Perl/Python).
• Support disaster recovery and backup procedures
  .
• Prepare and maintain documentation for configurations, procedures, and best practices.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of hands‑on experience as a Web Logic Administrator in enterprise environments.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Web Logic Server (10g/11g/12c) architecture and administration.
• Proficiency in Unix/Linux environments
  , scripting (Shell, Python, or Perl).
• Experience with load balancing, clustering, and high availability setups
  .
• Familiarity with Oracle Fusion Middleware, SOA Suite, and Web Logic console operations
  .
• Solid understanding of networking, firewalls, and SSL/TLS configuration
  .
• Experience integrating Web Logic with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.

• Experience with Web Sphere
  , JBoss
  , or other middleware servers.
• Working knowledge of Kubernetes/Docker for containerized deployments.
• Certifications such as Oracle Certified Web Logic Server Administrator are a plus.
