Senior SailPoint Developer

Healthfirst has an opportunity for a Senior SailPoint Developer.

• Develop and sustain SailPoint Identity
  
  IQ and SailPoint Identity Now (ISC) integrations with multiple applications including Active Directory, JDBC, Webservice, SCIM, Logical, Workday, Service Now, and Flat File.
• Oversee and create the approval frameworks and implement the Joiner, Mover, Leaver, and Rehire events in both SailPoint Identity
  
  IQ and SailPoint Identity Now (ISC).
• Implement user provisioning, custom workflows and rules using Bean Shell scripting, email templates, forms, application integration, reports, Certifications, policies, and roles in both Identity
  
  IQ and Identity Now (ISC).
• Provide support for SailPoint Identity
  
  IQ upgrades with multiple versions.
• Configure and set up Identity Profiles, Virtual Appliance, IQ Service and develop Transforms, Search functions in SailPoint Identity Now (ISC).
• Create source code control tools (Git Hub, Bitbucket, TFS, Git) and program using Java IDEs including Eclipse.
• Perform sprint planning and task management utilizing Azure Dev Ops, Version One, and JIRA.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in new Information Technology (IT) technologies.
• Oversee team processes, monitor metrics, and drive continuous improvements to elevate efficiency.
• Guide design, implementation, testing, and delivery of work within the team to cultivate communication and best practices.
• Provide technical assistance with software systems and troubleshoot software failures.
• Review performance of applications and programs to ensure efficiency, documentation, and alignment with business and technology needs.

• Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems or a related field and five (5) years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) focused on SailPoint Identity
  
  IQ and SailPoint Identity Now development, administration, and build/release management.
• 3 years of experience using source code control tools like Git Hub, Bitbucket, TFS, Git to create branches and manage development activities, promoting code from development to integration and master branches, handling merge issues.
• 3 years of experience managing Nexus and Artifactory repositories for Maven artifacts and dependencies, including uploading built jars and required libraries into Artifactory.
• 3 years of experience using Continuous Integration tools like Jenkins and Hudson to create, run and schedule build and deploy jobs.
• 2 years of experience performing integration of code quality analysis techniques (Find Bugs, Sonar Qube, Cobertura) with CI to run JUnit tests, measure code quality and coverage, and conduct Fortify security scans on baseline source code with results shared with the development team.
• 3 years of experience using Bean Shell scripting development to create custom provisioning workflows and custom rules in SailPoint Identity
  
  IQ and SailPoint Identity Now (ISC).

Hiring Range:
Greater New York City Area (NY, NJ, CT residents): $170,775 - $185,000;
All Other Locations (within approved locations): $170,775 - $185,000.

As a candidate for this position, your salary and related elements of compensation will be contingent upon your work experience, education, licenses and certifications, and any other factors Healthfirst deems pertinent to the hiring decision.
