We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Associate to join our growing team. You’ll play a key role in shaping CIRRO’s brand across digital channels—managing content, growing our social presence, and supporting marketing initiatives that drive awareness and engagement.

• Own and manage CIRRO’s social media accounts, with a focus on Linked In and You Tube
• Create and publish engaging content including static posts, reels, short videos, and stories
• Edit short-form videos using Cap Cut, Adobe Premiere, Canva, or similar tools
• Maintain and update website content via CMS (Word Press or similar)
• Support broader marketing activities including email campaigns, events, and trade show prep
• Monitor and report on key analytics (social media performance, follower growth, video engagement, etc.)
• Assist in the development of sales enablement and promotional materials
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment

• 1–3 years of marketing experience, ideally in B2B, logistics, or e-commerce
• Strong understanding of social media trends, especially Linked In and You Tube
• Proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Cap Cut, or equivalent
• Basic knowledge of website CMS platforms (e.g., Word Press, Webflow)
• Strong communication skills and a knack for storytelling
• Self-starter with great organizational skills and attention to detail
• Bonus:
  Experience with analytics tools like Linked In Insights, You Tube Studio, or Google Analytics
