IT Project Manager, Systems Analyst, IT Consultant, IT Business Analyst
This is a high-impact opportunity to join an IT organization in the midst of a multi-year digital transformation. The team is seeking an Enterprise Applications Manager to lead, support, and evolve a diverse portfolio of business-critical systems while helping drive efficiency, innovation, and automation across the organization.
What You’ll Do- Oversee the implementation, configuration, and ongoing support of enterprise platforms including ERP, CRM, HRIS/HCM, EHS, finance, fleet, and other business applications
- Ensure availability, performance, scalability, and security of enterprise systems through proactive monitoring and continuous improvement
- Lead troubleshooting and resolution of complex application issues in collaboration with internal teams and external partners
- Manage system integrations and data flows between enterprise platforms and third-party solutions
- Act as the primary point of contact for software vendors, consultants, and service providers
- Manage vendor relationships, contracts, SLAs, and performance outcomes
- Partner with business leaders to gather requirements and translate operational needs into scalable technical solutions
- Identify and implement automation and low-code solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, etc.) to streamline workflows
- Evaluate emerging technologies, including AI-driven capabilities, to enhance enterprise platforms
- Contribute to long-term digital transformation initiatives through modern, scalable solutions
- Provide technical direction and mentorship to application support and implementation teams
- Develop training materials, documentation, and best practices for enterprise systems
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives, manage dependencies, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Balance resources across multiple work streams while identifying opportunities for process improvement
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience implementing and supporting enterprise applications
- 3+ years of experience leading teams and managing vendors or consultants
- Broad technical understanding across multiple business functions (finance, operations, HR, etc.)
- Strong vendor management and contract negotiation experience
- Experience working with APIs, integrations, and custom connectors
- Proven ability to gather requirements, document processes, and partner with business stakeholders
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, evolving environments with shifting priorities
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira or MS Project
