We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager / Program Manager to lead a high‑visibility system implementation for a global pharmaceutical client. This role requires someone who brings exceptional leadership, strong executive presence, and a proven track record driving complex, multi‑vendor technology programs from initiation through deployment. The program involves implementing a new platform used by scientists and R&D teams
, so experience in scientific, research, or regulated environments is a strong advantage.

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of a multi‑phase system implementation involving internal teams and a 3rd‑party technology vendor.
• Oversee program governance, project planning, timelines, risk/issue management, change management, and stakeholder communication.
• Serve as the primary point of coordination across engineering, scientific users, vendor teams, and senior leadership.
• Ensure alignment across multiple work streams, removing blockers and driving accountability to meet deadlines.
• Facilitate steering committee sessions, readouts, cross‑functional meetings, and executive updates.
• Manage project budget, resource allocation, and vendor performance.
• Drive adoption readiness activities, including UAT, training coordination, and rollout planning.
• Ensure compliance with pharma and GxP processes when applicable.

• 7–10+ years of project/program management experience delivering enterprise systems or platforms.
• Demonstrated success with large‑scale system implementations, preferably with 3rd‑party vendor.
• Strong communication and executive‑level presentation skills; can influence, guide, and challenge stakeholders effectively.
• Proven ability to lead complex, multi‑vendor programs with cross‑functional dependencies.
• High emotional intelligence (EQ) and strong interpersonal skills; able to navigate ambiguity and build trusted relationships.
• Experience working with R&D teams, scientists, or in a pharma/biotech environment is a strong plus.
• Advanced proficiency with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid), RAID logs, and standard PM tools.

• Background supporting scientific informatics, lab systems, R&D platforms, or similar environments.
• Understanding of pharma compliance (GxP, validation, data integrity).
• Experience coordinating UAT, training rollout, and change management in scientific organizations.

• Must be able to work onsite at least 50% in New Brunswick, NJ.
• Fast‑paced, matrixed environment with multiple stakeholder groups.
• High autonomy and visibility with senior leadership.
