Job Title: OTX Platform Architect

Location: NJ/Remote

Duration: 6b Months

We are looking for an experienced Exstream Architect to lead the modernization and migration of in-house composition capabilities to the Open Text Exstream platform.

• Architect, build, install, and configure the Open Text Exstream platform to support batch, real-time, and interactive letters, quotes, and proposals.
• Migrate composition workloads from third-party vendors to in-house Exstream capabilities and redesign existing templates where required.
• Analyze business and customer requirements to design scalable solution architectures and integration frameworks.
• Lead Exstream and partner resources in the implementation of Exstream solutions.
• Evaluate infrastructure (cloud vs. on-prem) and design High Availability architectures for high-volume, omni-channel delivery (online, mobile, print, email, etc.).
• Design and orchestrate publishing workflows, optimize logging, fault detection, error handling, and channel delivery mechanisms aligned with business strategies.
• Architect and support integrations with CRM systems, custom applications, and various delivery mechanisms.
• Conduct customer workshops and provide consultation and training on Exstream product deployment.
• Perform Exstream platform performance tuning and ensure optimal system configuration.
• Provide expertise across Exstream components including:
  Exstream Design Manager/Designer, Communication Builder, Open Text Directory Services (OTDS), Exstream Empower, Exstream Content Author, Adobe eSign Integration, Communication Server/Orchestrator, ReTouch/Story Teller, OT Notifications.
• Support migration from other CCM products such as xPression, Quadient Inspire, Smart Comm, Messagepoint, and Stream serve.
• Collaborate effectively within cross‑functional teams and maintain strong verbal and written communication.

• 8–10 years of experience in relevant technologies.
• Strong expertise in Open Text Exstream platform architecture and implementation.
• Hands‑on experience with Exstream performance tuning and system components.
• Expertise in AWS Cloud platform.
• Good understanding of Python and Dev Ops concepts.
• Experience integrating Exstream with CRM and custom applications.
