Location:

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to end users (onsite and remote)
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows PCs, printers, and peripherals
  • Manage user accounts in Active Directory (create, modify, disable)
  • Support email and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Outlook and Webex
  • Perform basic network troubleshooting (IP, DNS, DHCP issues)
  • Install and update software applications
  • Maintain IT asset inventory (hardware/software)
  • Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff when necessary
  • Support and troubleshoot cloud‑based phone/VoIP system

Required Qualifications

  • Basic knowledge of IT systems, networks, and troubleshooting
  • Familiarity with Windows operating systems and basic understanding of virtual environments (VMware)
  • Understanding of basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
  • Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous help desk or customer support experience (including internships)
  • Korean-English bilingual ability is a plus

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift and move equipment up to 30 lbs
  • Ability to set up and relocate IT equipment (desktops, monitors, printers)
