Product plays a highly visible role in the company and is critical to the development and execution of our product strategy. As a leader on the team, you must foster excellent relations across all departments. You will represent the company in public with executive decision‑makers and media, define and deliver 1

Password’s product portfolio strategy, and optimize the product to meet business buyers’ needs while obsessing over the overall user experience.

We launch new products that you define, across a unique blend of consumer and enterprise customers.

Engineering, Product, and Design teams use AI‑assisted coding tools, AI‑synthesized research, and AI‑generated mockups to move faster while maintaining quality and security.

This opportunity is remote within Canada and the US.

• 8+ years owning product or feature sets focused on businesses of all sizes with ultimate success ownership.
• Experience growing and measuring the authentication experience of a B2B SaaS product.
• Proven success delivering B2B SaaS products for Admin or IT personas in security or identity domains.
• Strong understanding of IAM and large, complex B2B infrastructure.
• Track record of planning with a 18‑24 month vision and founder‑level market insight.
• Voice of the customer to motivate the team.
• Experience building SaaS sold to enterprise buyers—ideally CISO/CIO/CTO level.
• Ability to prioritize and use data (qualitative and quantitative) to drive decisions.
• Excellent presentation skills and experience training internal teams (sales, support, customer success) for product launches.

Compensation (USA)
Annual base salary: $172,000‑$249,000 USD. Immediate participation in benefits (health, dental, 401k, paid time off, equity grant, incentive programs).
