We are seeking a senior-level Business Immigration Attorney to lead and grow a sophisticated corporate immigration practice serving domestic and international employers.
Responsibilities- Advise clients on complex business immigration matters, including nonimmigrant visas, immigrant petitions, and adjustment of status
- Counsel corporate clients on preparing and filing employment-based nonimmigrant and immigrant petitions, including E-1/E-2, H-1B, L-1, O-1, and EB-1/2/3 classifications
- Provide strategic immigration guidance to employers across diverse industries
- Partner with clients on compliance, risk mitigation, and immigration best practices
- Stay current on U.S. immigration laws, policy developments, and regulatory changes
- Drive business development initiatives by leveraging existing client relationships and cultivating new opportunities
- Mentor and develop attorneys and staff within the practice
- 10+ years of experience handling business immigration matters
- Deep expertise in employment-based immigration law
- Established portfolio of corporate immigration clients
- Proven leadership skills with experience in practice growth and team development
- Strong client service orientation and business acumen
- Juris Doctor from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials
- Excellent written, verbal, and technical communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively across practice areas
