Job Details

We are seeking a senior-level Business Immigration Attorney to lead and grow a sophisticated corporate immigration practice serving domestic and international employers.

Responsibilities
  • Advise clients on complex business immigration matters, including nonimmigrant visas, immigrant petitions, and adjustment of status
  • Counsel corporate clients on preparing and filing employment-based nonimmigrant and immigrant petitions, including E-1/E-2, H-1B, L-1, O-1, and EB-1/2/3 classifications
  • Provide strategic immigration guidance to employers across diverse industries
  • Partner with clients on compliance, risk mitigation, and immigration best practices
  • Stay current on U.S. immigration laws, policy developments, and regulatory changes
  • Drive business development initiatives by leveraging existing client relationships and cultivating new opportunities
  • Mentor and develop attorneys and staff within the practice
Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience handling business immigration matters
  • Deep expertise in employment-based immigration law
  • Established portfolio of corporate immigration clients
  • Proven leadership skills with experience in practice growth and team development
  • Strong client service orientation and business acumen
  • Juris Doctor from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials
  • Excellent written, verbal, and technical communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across practice areas
