Job Description:
- Provide legal advice and support on real estate matters.
- Negotiate and draft real estate contracts and agreements.
- Conduct due diligence on real estate transactions.
- Handle title examinations and resolve title issues.
- Represent clients in real estate disputes and litigation.
- Stay current on real estate laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active license to practice law in the state.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate law.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
Location: Hackensack
