Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of family law matters from intake through resolution.
- Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and trials.
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement agreements.
Qualifications:
- 2-5+ years of experience in family law.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Salary and Other Compensation:
- The annual salary for this position is between $170,000-$250,000 annually, plus bonus. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
