Position Title: Corporate/M&A/Securities/Finance Attorney

Salary: $240k-450k

Our client is currently seeking an experienced Corporate/M&A/Securities/Finance Attorney to join their team in one of their various office locations including Wilmington, DE;
Boca Raton, FL;
Baltimore, MD;

Responsibilities:

• Handle a variety of corporate, M&A, securities, and finance transactions from start to finish
• Draft and review legal documents including contracts, agreements, and regulatory filings
• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on transactional matters
• Conduct legal research and analysis as needed
• Collaborate with other attorneys and team members to achieve client objectives

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the bar in the respective location(s) of interest
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in corporate M&A, securities, and/or finance
• Strong academic credentials with a demonstrated record of achievement
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
