Associate Attorney

Law offices of Kelly Berton Rocco LLC is a boutique family law practice seeking an experienced New Jersey family law attorney (approximately 4–7 years) to join our firm.

We represent clients in divorce, custody, and post-judgment matters and are known for thoughtful strategy, strong advocacy, and a client-centered approach. We are a collaborative, supportive team that values professionalism, integrity, and respect for both clients and colleagues.

We are seeking a litigator who is comfortable handling:

• Motion practice and contested hearings
• All family law matters including divorce, custody domestic violence and support
• Trials, mediation, ISCs

This attorney will manage cases independently while working closely with the principal attorney, of counsel, and support staff as part of a collaborative litigation team.

• 4–7 years of New Jersey family law experience
• Demonstrated courtroom and litigation experience
• Strong research, writing and analytical skills
• Ability to manage deadlines and caseload independently
• Professional, team-oriented approach
• NJ Bar admission required
• Salary range:
  Commensurate with experience
