We think this role would appeal to a Project Manager, or a strong Assistant Project Manager ready to step up, who wants more involvement in delivery without being thrown in at the deep end. You may already be working on residential projects but want stronger mentorship, better project visibility, and a clearer path forward than you currently have.

The business is a well-capitalised owner-developer with a long-term approach to development, prioritising quality, design, and execution over volume. Projects are thoughtfully planned and managed internally, providing Project Managers with structure, support, and insight into how high-end residential work is delivered effectively on the ownership side.

The role supports the delivery of luxury residential ground-up developments from pre-construction through construction and completion. You’ll coordinate consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders, track schedules and budgets, support design coordination, and help ensure work on site meets the quality and detail expected on high-end projects. You’ll report into senior leadership who remain closely involved throughout delivery.
