We currently have an exciting career opportunity for a Monitoring and Remediation Senior Manager to join our National Assurance team for remote and in office roles.

Cohn Reznick is a hybrid firm most of our professionals are located within a commutable distance to one of our offices. This position is considered hybrid which means team members are expected to alternate time between both remote and office. YOUR TEAM.

As part of our National Assurance – Monitoring Group, you’ll join a team dedicated to upholding the highest standards of quality and compliance. This group plays a critical role in maintaining and enhancing the firm’s system of quality management in alignment with PCAOB QC 1000 and AICPA SQMS 1. By participating in annual reviews of controls, policies, and procedures, the team helps set the tone that quality is a core value ether, we ensure our assurance services meet regulatory expectations and reflect our commitment to excellence.

YOUR ROLE.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Participate in the annual review of the firm’s quality management system, including controls, policies, and procedures.
  • Monitor and assess the effectiveness of existing quality controls and recommend enhancements.
  • Support documentation and reporting to demonstrate compliance with PCAOB QC 1000 & AICPA SQMS 1.
  • Collaborate with leadership to embed a culture of quality across the firm.
  • Stay current on regulatory updates and industry best practices.
YOUR EXPERIENCE.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Strong understanding of PCAOB and AICPA assurance standards and awareness of quality management principles.
  • Experience with testing internal controls.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and risk awareness.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage with stakeholders across the firm.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement and professional integrity.
  • Project management capabilities to coordinate reviews and follow-ups efficiently.
  • Active CPA license
