Assistant Operations Manager – Facilities Call Center
Direct Reporting to President/COO
We are seeking an experienced, results-driven Assistant Operations Manager to lead daily operations within our fast-paced Facilities Management Call Center.
This role offers direct exposure to executive leadership and is ideal for a disciplined professional with strong facilities experience, team leadership skills, and proven vendor negotiation expertise.
Responsibilities- Oversee daily call center operations for:
- Lead and develop small to large teams
- Negotiate vendor pricing and review contracts
- Enforce SLAs and drive performance accountability
- Manage escalations and emergency service coordination
- Partner with executive leadership on operational strategy
- 5+ years in facilities management or service operations
- Proven team leadership experience
- Strong negotiation and contract review background
- Experience with CMMS/work order systems preferred
- Highly organized, decisive, and performance-focused
- Approximately 55+ hours per week
- Evenings and weekends as required
- Working in the call center - Hackensack NJ / not at home
- Competitive base salary (commensurate with experience)
