Do you have strong experience in project management within a global, fast-paced environment? Are you confident leading Early Access program delivery and acting as the key point of contact for clients?

We’re seeking a proactive Program Manager to oversee the set-up and execution of international Early Access Programs. In this role, you’ll lead cross‑functional coordination, manage client communication, and ensure programs are delivered to the highest operational and ethical standards. This is based on hybrid setting, working 3 days in the office based in New Jersey and 2 days from home.

• Key responsibility for end‑to‑end program delivery.

• Collaborate with international teams driving critical access to medicines.

• Design, develop, and execute detailed project plans for Early Access Programs.
• Act as primary client contact throughout program set‑up and delivery.
• Coordinate internal resources to ensure high‑quality, compliant execution.
• Proactively troubleshoot issues and drive programs to successful completion.
• Identify innovative, ethically compliant Early Access solutions.
• Ensure communication, logistics, quality, operations, and documentation meet company standards and SOPs.
• Work closely with Global Operations, providing training and support.

• 3+ years’ experience in project management, program delivery, or a client‑facing role.
• Ability to work effectively in an international environment.
• Strong communication, decision‑making, and problem‑solving skills.
