This role ensures accuracy, compliance, and efficiency while improving systems and contributing to a seamless employee experience. • Minimum of 5 years of payroll and benefits management experience in a professional services or corporate environment
• Strong working knowledge of multi-state wage, tax, and compliance regulations
• Proficiency in payroll and HRIS platforms (ADP preferred) and advanced Excel expertise
• Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving ability with strong analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to work collaboratively with HR, Finance, and leadership teams
• Certification such as CPP, PHR, or SHRM-CP is preferred
