Fulfillment Support Supervisor - Bergen

Summary

Supervise and coordinate daily fulfillment operations to ensure accurate and timely processing of online and in-store orders. Lead a team of associates to pick, pack, and ship merchandise while maintaining productivity and quality standards. Collaborate with inventory, shipping, and store teams to resolve issues and meet service level targets.

• Supervise, schedule, and coach fulfillment associates to meet daily productivity and accuracy targets.
• Oversee picking, packing, shipping, and returns processes; monitor workflows and resolve order exceptions.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and coordination with inventory teams.
• Enforce safety, loss prevention, and housekeeping standards in the fulfillment area.
• Communicate with store, logistics, and customer service partners to support order resolution and delivery timelines.

• 3+ years of experience in retail fulfillment, warehouse, or operations with supervisory or lead responsibilities preferred.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and evaluate team members.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems, basic computer skills, and inventory control processes.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs, stand and walk for extended periods, and work a flexible schedule including weekends and overtime as needed.
