As we continue to expand, we are seeking a dynamic Tax Director to lead and elevate our tax practice. • Lead the tax department and manage client service delivery for individuals, partnerships, corporations, and trusts.
• Oversee, review, and sign off on complex returns, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
• Provide proactive tax planning and advisory services to high-net-worth individuals and business clients.
• Develop and implement best practices, workflow efficiencies, and quality-control processes.
• Mentor, train, and develop junior and mid-level staff to strengthen the team’s capabilities.
• Serve as a point of contact for clients, nurturing long-term relationships and providing high-level advisory support.
• Collaborate with firm leadership to set strategy, drive growth, and expand service offerings.

• CPA license required.
• 8+ years of tax experience with a proven track record in a public accounting environment, preferably with leadership responsibilities.
• Strong technical knowledge of federal, state, and local tax regulations.
• Excellent communication and client relationship-building skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to think strategically and grow a department.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
