We are currently seeking full‑time Assistant & Service Managers for our state‑of‑the‑art service, repair, and tire center in Paramus, NJ.

As a future leader of Midas, the Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager to ensure each Midas retail location operates efficiently, safely and effectively. Using fundamental leadership skills, Assistant Managers are responsible for enforcing established policies, procedures and standards, scheduling mechanics/technicians work, managing outside orders, ensuring the quality and timely completion of jobs, meeting customer expectations, and the safety of team members.
ServiceManager Responsibilities
The Service Manager is responsible for assisting customers with tire selections and recommending necessary under‑car repair services. They ensure complete customer satisfaction by delivering timely completion of high‑quality vehicle repair and maintenance, directing the workflow of Mechanics, Alignment Technicians and Tire Technicians, and staging vehicle repair/maintenance work. While driving the sales initiatives of Midas, Service Managers communicate directly with customers, assess needs, provide information regarding requested and/or necessary automotive repairs and maintenance, and strive to meet customer expectations.
WhatWe're Looking For
- Experience:
At least 2 years in automotive parts and/or tire sales, or a relevant combination of education, training and experience. - Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S. - Physical Ability:
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift/move items weighing over 50 pounds. - Mindset:
Dependability, teamwork, and providing quality service in a fast‑paced environment.
