Senior Multifamily Construction PM; GC

LEAD Construction Project Manager needed. Stick over Podium project, 300+ multifamily rental units.

MUST have GC experience.

The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills and a deep understanding of project engineering and implementation methodologies. This role requires effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

** MUST have new, out of ground experience building MULTIFAMILY projects.

Duties

• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project execution.
• Facilitate meetings with management to gather requirements, provide updates, and address any concerns.
• Oversee the implementation of projects, ensuring adherence to quality standards and timelines.
• Coordinate resources and manage team dynamics to foster a productive work environment.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies as needed.
• Prepare detailed reports on project status to senior management.
• Collaborate with teams on program design to align project objectives with organizational goals.

Requirements

• Proven experience in project management, particularly in project engineering or implementation roles.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with budgeting processes and financial management in a project context.
• Excellent meeting facilitation skills with the ability to lead discussions effectively.
• Strong analytical skills for problem-solving and decision-making.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective stakeholder engagement.
