$80,000 Base Salary + Performance Bonus | Health Insurance | 2 Weeks Paid Leave

The company specializes in luxury audio/video, home automation, intercom & access control, networking, surveillance, lighting control, and low-voltage technology solutions.
We are looking for an experienced General Manager / Head of Operations to take ownership of daily operations and play a key role in driving the company's continued growth.
What We're Looking For- 10+ years of experience in AV, home automation, low-voltage, security, intercom, or systems integration.
- 5+ years of leadership/management experience overseeing teams, projects, or operations
. - Proven experience managing technicians and multiple installation projects.
- Strong knowledge of AV, Control4, Lutron, networking, surveillance, intercom, access control, and integrated technology systems.
- Strong project management, scheduling, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with proposals, labor estimates, project margins, purchasing, and profitability.
- A self-directed leader who can make decisions, solve problems, and operate independently.
- Lead day-to-day operations, project delivery, scheduling, service, and customer satisfaction.
- Manage technicians, programmers, project teams, and administrative staff.
- Oversee projects from proposal and procurement through installation, programming, handoff, and service.
- Manage technician scheduling, productivity, project timelines, quality, and accountability.
- Work closely with Sales/Design to ensure projects are properly scoped, priced, scheduled, and profitable.
- Monitor project margins, labor utilization, purchasing, inventory, and operational expenses.
- Build strong relationships with customers, builders, property managers, vendors, and subcontractors.
- Resolve customer, technical, scheduling, and project issues.
- Establish operational processes, KPIs, reporting, and performance standards.
- Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing technical and operations team.
