This role is all about driving smarter processes
, partnering with production teams, and building sustainable improvements across manufacturing operations. If you’re energized by eliminating waste, improving flow, and raising the bar on safety and quality—this one’s for you.

• Lead Kaizen and Lean initiatives that move the needle—fast
• Analyze workflows, time studies, and bottlenecks to unlock gains
• Coach teams on tools like 5S, standard work, and visual management
• Track performance metrics and ensure improvements stick
• Support new equipment, systems, and technology rollouts

• 3+ years in Lean / continuous improvement within manufacturing
• Strong problem-solving skills and a roll-up-your-sleeves mindset
• Experience leading cross-functional change with real results
• Engineering or manufacturing background preferred (or equivalent experience)
• Degree in Engineering Manufacturing or a related field
