. . Asturia Brewing Company is looking for a motivated, hardworking Cellarperson to join our production team. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys physical work, takes pride in cleanliness, and wants to build a career in the craft beer industry. You'll work alongside our brewing team producing high-quality beer while learning every stage of the brewing process.
- Clean and sanitize fermentation tanks, brite tanks, hoses, pumps, and brewing equipment (CIP).
- Perform beer transfers, dry hopping, carbonation, yeast harvesting, and yeast pitching.
- Wash, fill, and prepare kegs for distribution.
- Monitor fermentation and record production data.
- Assist with packaging and quality control.
- Receive and organize raw materials.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized production facility.
- Follow all brewery safety, sanitation, and quality standards.
- Assist brewers with daily production tasks as needed.
- Reliable with excellent attendance.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working around chemicals, pressurized equipment, and wet environments.
- Able to lift and move up to 160 lbs safely.
- Able to stand, bend, climb stairs/ladders, and work on your feet throughout the shift.
- Willingness to learn and grow in the brewing industry.
- Forklift experience is a plus (not required).
- Brewery or food production experience is a plus but we're willing to train the right person.
