RN Shift Supervisor; Overnight

Job Title

RN Shift Supervisor – Hackensack, NJ (Care One at Wellington!)

$44-$63 per hour

• Coordinate and oversee all nursing activities during the shift.
• Ensure compliance with State and Federal regulations, facility policies, and procedures.
• Act as the facility’s representative in the absence of the Director of Nursing, Assistant Director of Nursing, and Administrator.
• Delegate administrative authority, responsibility, and accountability necessary for assigned duties.

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university or an accredited RN program (preferred) OR graduate of an approved LPN/LVN program currently enrolled in an approved RN program and actively pursuing RN licensure.
• 1+ year experience as a supervisor in a hospital, nursing care facility, or related health care facility.
• Preferred experience in Skilled Nursing and knowledge of Long Term Care Federal Regulations.
• Actively licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) or LPN/LVN.
