- Leading Inpatient Care: Manage a caseload of 5-10 inpatients daily, formulating and executing comprehensive care plans.
- Driving Outpatient Excellence: Conduct new patient evaluations and manage ongoing care in our outpatient clinic.
- Utilizing Advanced Clinical
Skills:
Interpret complex clinical data, including hemodynamic monitoring from right heart catheterizations and Swan‑Ganz catheters, to guide cutting‑edge treatments for Pulmonary Hypertension. - Collaborating for Optimal Outcomes: Work alongside a multidisciplinary team to manage advanced medical therapies, including IV inotropes and prostacyclins, and ensure seamless discharge planning.
- Providing Comprehensive Coverage: Support both inpatient and outpatient services, ensuring continuity of care for our patients.
- Licensure and Certification:
- New Jersey Nurse Practitioner license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Acute Care Nurse Practitioner certification
- AHA Basic Health Care Life Support HCP Certification
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support Certification
- Education and Experience:
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- MSN with Advanced Practice Nurse credentials
