Position: Hospice Per Diem RN (Bergen County, NJ)

Ennoble Care is a mobile primary care, palliative care, and hospice service provider with patients across New York, New Jersey, Maryland, DC, Virginia, Oklahoma, Kansas, Pennsylvania, and Georgia. Our clinicians go to patients’ homes to provide comprehensive care for chronic conditions and limited mobility, offering remote patient monitoring, behavioral health management, and chronic care management.

Job Summary

Per Diem Hospice Registered Nurse to care for terminally ill patients in the Bergen County, NJ region. Provide comfort, administer medication, offer emotional support, and help patients live their final days with dignity and peace of mind.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with physicians and other professionals to plan care
  • Make visits to the patient as needed to evaluate their condition
  • Provide support and comfort according to the patient’s needs
  • Work with caregivers to plan and execute excellent patient care
  • Assist in administering medication
  • Alleviate sudden symptoms of the disease’s end phase
  • Notify a doctor for a patient’s condition when deemed necessary
  • Assist patients and their families with paperwork
  • Maintain accurate records
  • Help relatives cope with the upcoming loss and provide post-mortem support
Qualifications
  • Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing
  • Licensed in NJ as a Registered Nurse by the New Jersey State Board of Nursing in accordance with NJSA 45:11-23 et seq and NJAC 13:37
  • One year of RN experience; hospice experience preferred
  • Excellent assessment and problem‑solving skills
  • Strong organization and time‑management skills; knowledge of case‑management processes
  • Licensed driver with an insured automobile in good working order
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Bilingual in Spanish preferred
