LPN/ RN Unit Manager (must have active/ valid NJ RN/ LPN license)
Complete Care Regent (Hackensack, NJ)
Full-Time 1st Shift
No On-Call Requirements, No Weekend Requirements
Qualifications of an LPN/ RN Unit Manager- A nursing degree from an accredited college or university.
- Minimum two (2) years of experience providing direct care in long-term care, restorative or geriatric setting as an RN or LPN.
- Minimum (1) year of experience in nursing management.
- Current CPR Certification.
- Must also meet state requirements for relevant licensures or certifications and have no disciplinary action in effect against professional license.
As a Nurse Unit Manager, you will be a pivotal leader, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and the efficient operation of your assigned unit.
- Individualized Patient Assessment.
- Staff, Patient, and Family Education.
- Progress Tracking and Compliance.
- Interdisciplinary Coordination.
- Staff Supervision and Oversight.
- Regular Nursing Rounds.
- Compliance Assurance.
- Performance Evaluation and Coaching.
- Resource Management.
- Conflict Resolution.
- Other Duties as Assigned.
