• Collect comprehensive data pertinent to the patient's health.
• Perform age and disease-specific assessments independently.
• Recognize clinical and diagnostic status changes in patients.
• Develop and coordinate patient-centered care plans.
• Communicate and implement the plan of care effectively.
• Provide ongoing communication with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
• Administer medications using advanced bar-scanning technologies.
• Evaluate progress toward patient outcomes.
• Identify ethical issues and enhance patient satisfaction.
• Maintain competencies and certifications as required.

• Associate in Nursing or diploma of Nursing degree required; BSN in progress or to be acquired within three years preferred.

• Six months of relevant nursing experience or participation in Hackensack Meridian Health's Nurse Residency Program.

• Current and valid Registered Nurse license in New Jersey.
• BLS/CPR certification required within 60 days of hire.
